Does “QUALITY” begin at the ground level or does that “train-wreck” belong to your suppliers?

Does “Quality” begin from the ground up, nonot even close, one inch rebar was not enough, in this particular “Quality” application, isolation was an imperative! So in any closed system quality begins well below the surface, here, 27″ below ground. We have had many customers fail to engage the expertise of suppliers early in the development process only to discover their lack of due diligence exponentially impacts all aspects of delivering a quality product on time and under budget. If you believe the machine we installed above as a statement of our collective understanding of delivering a quality product please contact us at L&M Machining Center, Inc. an ISO9001:2015, AS9100d & I.T.A.R. registered C.N.C. Machining & Assembly facility

Sure, we could have spent a lot less money on a similar machine that would require no foundation work but the increase expense associated with in-process inspections requirements would have negated any savings in the first few years. Do these “Quality” conversations prior to commitment to process exist in your process development or product design.
