ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(a) This is an contract concerning products and services provided by L&M Machining Center Inc. and constitutes as a contract between the parties, unless expressed in writing with a differing in terms or conditions and accepted in writing by L&M Machining Center Inc.
(b) Buyer acknowledges that if L&M Machining Center Inc. or our partners produce a non-conforming, rejected or recalled product or service, the buyer must notify/contact us within 60 days to take action on the issue.
